pleased to announce the approval of our Quality Management System to BS EN
ISO 9001. This represents an enhancement to
our previous BS EN ISO 9002 approval, and demonstrates the company's
commitment to providing consistently high quality products and customer
service.
Responsibility for maintaining our QMS and gaining
this new certification is handled by our Technical Manager, Ron Blackburn:-
"After much hard
work formalising and enhancing many of our existing systems and re-writing
our Quality Manual, Wade were ready for assessment to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in
May 2003, which coincided with the expiry of our existing ISO 9002:1994
certificate.
Approval to this standard demonstrates the involvement of top management
with our quality policies and our commitment to customer satisfaction and
continual improvement."
